Highly mobile, diesel-powered instantaneous water heater suitable for drinking water for heating drinking water with variable flow rates of 600 to 1200 l/h. The HWM 40 (hot water module 40 kW) can be used to heat drinking water for mobile sanitary facilities (e.g. showers), as well as for use in food or drink preparation (cooking or tea water) up to 70°C. This appliance can also be used to supply dishwashers or washing machines with hot water. Only a low electrical power (< 300 W) is required to start and operate the appliance. Thanks to an optional mixing valve, the appliance is ideal for supplying a quickly deployable shower tent with two shower areas with a constant volume of hot water, for example. High-quality components and an innovative design make it possible to disinfect all parts that come into contact with water without the use of chemical cleaning agents, in accordance with TrinkwV 2001. The entire system complies with the generally recognized rules of technology. Thanks to the integrated wheels and compact design, the appliance can be easily transported and loaded onto vehicles as well as transported by sea and air.

General description:
Transport / Assembly
The HWM 40 can be transported using the castors integrated in the robust steel frame as well as the handles on the frame. Thanks to its low weight of 85 kg and compact design, it can be easily carried and loaded onto vehicles as well as transported by sea and air.
Thanks to its universal design, the HWM 40 can be connected directly to a drinking water network or supplied from a drinking water tank using an optional pump. Thermal disinfection enables chemical-free transportation and operation of the device to the place of use.
Operation
The design allows a temperature-stable operation of 600 – 1200 l/h, which allows universal use, e.g. for supplying emergency showers with one or two shower heads. An optionally available mixing valve can be used to adapt to the current water flow rate and the inlet temperature and to set a desired temperature. The boiler is based on improved burner electronics and a stainless steel heating coil with optimized geometry for efficient heating performance and minimal limescale build-up.
Cleaning, disinfection
High-quality components and a modern design make it possible to disinfect all parts that come into contact with water without the use of chemical cleaning agents in accordance with TrinkwV 2001. In addition to normal operation, the optionally available drinking water pump can be used as a cleaning and disinfection pump in the corresponding circulation mode (possible with optional accessories). Suitable cleaning and descaling agents can be supplied on request.
Refueling
A fuel tank is integrated in the appliance. The fill level of the tank is permanently recorded electronically. If the level of the integrated tank falls below a minimum filling volume, a warning is displayed on the control panel of the appliance and the appliance switches off for protection. This allows the appliance to be refilled with fuel promptly and ensures continuous operation.
The device can be operated with both diesel and kerosene.
Logistics
Dimensions of a standard Euro pallet, integrated wheels and transport handles as well as a robust, portable tubular steel frame make it easy to transport and load the device during use, on vehicles as well as during sea and air transport.
